Ferrosilicon is a very important ferroalloy product that consumes a large amount of electrical energy and waste in production. Therefore, many Henan ferrosilicon manufacturers are striving to find various methods to achieve the energy-saving goal of Henan ferrosilicon production. However, due to the different conditions of raw material smelting furnaces in ferrosilicon production, the effect is not stable. However, we can still find good methods to save ferrosilicon production costs. Next, let me analyze how to start with the raw materials for ferrosilicon production and save the production cost of ferrosilicon:
1、 Adjustment of reducing agent particle size: Due to differences in strength and moisture, the average particle size of the reducing agent changes after crushing. Low strength, wet weight reducing agents have more powder and smaller average particle size after crushing. The crushing particle size of mechanical coke with good strength is 8-20 millimeters, while the crushing particle size of blue carbon with poor strength is 10-30 millimeters. The crushing particle size of high moisture coke can be appropriately increased by 1-2 millimeters;
2、 Adjusting ore particle size: Based on the different physical properties of silica, Zigui ore has good strength and a high melting point. Its particle size is controlled at 40-90 millimeters to facilitate reduction reactions, followed by Hechuan ore and Jiangjin ore, with a customized particle size of 50-100 millimeters to consider the permeability and reduction reactions of the furnace material, and a low melting point;
3、 Reasonable combination of reducing agents: Based on the different physical and chemical properties of reducing agents, the specific resistance of blue carbon is better than that of coke, and the stable carbon and strength of coke are better than that of blue carbon. This can improve furnace conditions. To improve economic and technical indicators, when the proportion of blue carbon is around 40%, the furnace conditions can be changed;
According to the raw materials for producing ferrosilicon, further pre-treatment of the raw materials before production can reduce the burden of producing ferrosilicon during smelting, thereby achieving the goal of saving ferrosilicon production costs! For reference only!
